Here’s how to watch the Orlando Magic at the New York Knicks in the NBA Cup game on Tuesday, December 3rd

NEW YORK – NBA Cup East Group on Tuesday. A clash between the Orlando Magic and the New York Knicks will not only decide who will advance to the knockout rounds of the tournament as the top team in the group. It will be seen by a national television audience at Madison Square Garden, tipoff is at 7:30 p.m. ET.

Orlando has won 12 of its last 13 games – two six-game winning streaks and a loss at the LA Clippers nearly two weeks ago.

New York is 7-3 in their last 10 games.

While the impact on the NBA Cup is obviously huge, the Magic and Knicks also sit third and fourth in the East, respectively. These games also count toward the regular season standings, meaning there’s a lot at stake on Tuesday night.

Jamahl Mosley, Orlando Magic: Mosley announced the conclusion of his fourth NBA season as head coach on Wednesday evening, all of which he completed with the Magic. He has a 118-150 record throughout the regular season and a 3-4 record in the playoffs. Before being named head coach of the Magic, Mosley was an assistant at Dallas, Cleveland and Denver. He is a Colorado graduate and played four years of professional basketball in Mexico, Australia, Finland and South Korea.

Toom Thibodeau, New York Knicks: Thibodeau is in his fifth season as head coach of the Knicks after leading New York to the playoffs in three of the five seasons he was at the helm. At 66, he is in his third head coaching position, having held the same position at Minnesota and Chicago before New York. Before becoming a head coach, Thibodeau was an assistant with Boston, Houston, the Knicks, Philadelphia, San Antonio and the Timberwolves. He is a two-time NBA Coach of the Year – one of 11 coaches in league history to win the award more than once.
