Hoboken offers free and discounted parking throughout the holiday season

HOBOKEN, NJ – Hoboken is offering free and discounted parking throughout December for people coming to shop this holiday season. Here are the details.

Free parking and reservations

To encourage local dining and shopping, the city offers free parking for up to four hours on weekends at the city’s Garage B (28 Second St.), Garage D (215 Hudson St.) and the Midtown Garage (371 Fourth St .) until January 2nd.

To redeem this offer, drivers must present a receipt for a minimum purchase of $20 at a Hoboken store or restaurant to the repair agent. The free parking offer started on the last weekend in November.

The City also offers a parking reservation program that allows residents and visitors to reserve a parking space in the City Garage B, Garage D and Midtown Garage. Reservations can be made via the ParkMobile app and booked Monday through Thursday
6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. and Fridays from 6:00 p.m. to Sundays 12:00 a.m.

Reduced parking fees

The city is also offering discounted paid on-street parking through December 31st.

Using the promo code “PARKHOB” in the ParkMobile app, drivers will receive a 50% discount on parking in select zones of the CBD. Eligible zones can be viewed by clicking here.
