Hoda Kotb announces a new book “jump and find joy”

Nobody has recently adopted changes such as Hoda Kotb, and now the former co-heavier wants to convey their wisdom about personal and professional changes in a new book today.

The book entitled “Sprung and Find Joy: hug in every lifetime” will be published on September 23, 2025 and is currently available for pre -order.

Hoda announced the news on Monday, March 10th, in a video message today.

“At some point everyone is on the side of something and says: ‘Should I jump?’,” She said.

Some of these jumps last year included Hoda to move to a new home in the suburbs and to leave her long -standing job with today, which she had “fear”.

She attributes to her friend Maria Shriver that she has opened her eyes, how often she has already “jumped” in her life, also in her career, her relationships and her motherhood.

Penguin Random House classifies the book both as a biography/memoirs and as a self -improvement/inspiration.

The title of the book contains two of Hoda’s favorite words at the moment, “jump” and “Joy”, although she clarifies that it does not mean “jump for joy”.

“Spring and find joy. That’s what it’s about. Spring and find joy. Let’s go,” she said.

Hoda worked for 26 years for NBC News before her last day with today on January 10th, and the show spent her last week to send her with surprises and warm honors with style. It will continue to remain part of the NBC family.

“It feels like a warm hug for me, this new adventure,” said Hoda that on the other side of her job after making the big leap to go.

“Change does not always arrive when we expect it, and its effects are anything but predictable. But Hoda believes that the advantages of changes can be extraordinary. If we are ready to listen and learn from it,” says a description of the book from Penguin Random House.

The description continues “jump and find joy” contains advice from change experts and “deeply personal stories” by prominent and “inspiring people in our own communities”.

Hoda said today some of these names include actors Viola Davis and Pastor Sarah Jakes Roberts.

“I started thinking about various people that I loved and respected and admired and were afraid of doing something and having done it,” she said.

The book will also go to the ground why changes should be celebrated and not feared.

“You get a life, that’s all,” said Hoda. “That’s it. It’s ready for the attitude, but it makes a jump.”

Change for Hoda included the desire to get into the wellness room as part of her life after the Toutay and to spend more time with her daughters Haley (8) and Hope.

“I can grow up my children in front of me.

“They are the smallest things and the greatest things, but they see them in all parts of their day, and that appreciates that,” she said.

In an interview with Today.com, she opened what her new routine would look like during her last week and said that she “worked in a number of different things”.

But one of the things she was most looking forward to was easy.

“I will only be a family with a normal rhythm of life,” she said about her and her girls.

Hoda has previously written several books, including “I really needed it today”, “that only speaks to me” and “Hope is a rainbow”.
