According to a survey, 75% of us are too stressed to sleep well. Julia Forbes is the magazine’s sleep editor. She says there are a lot of things that keep us awake. “Life stressors. You have work. They have children. There are major world events that concern us most and that we also cover in our sleep survey,” says Julia. Julia’s journey to becoming an expert in all things sleep is fascinating. And she reports that she sleeps nine hours a night, so she practices what she preaches.
