How long does it take to complete Antonblast?

Antonblast Review – Crash Blasticoot

Antonblast is like Crash Bandicoot if it was part Wario Land, part Ed, Edd n Eddy, and all great.

Just like Pizza Tower, Antonblast takes the Wario Land formula and puts its own twist on it – literally, as Anton brings plenty of Crash Bandicoot vibes with him. It’s a veritable smorgasbord of platform ideas and one that’s definitely worth your time. But how much time exactly?

How long does the beating take?

In total, Antonblast consists of 19 stageswhere each of you is tasked with collecting one of Anton’s valuable spirits. However, the platform steps vary in length Take between 10 and 20 minutes to complete your first timeassuming you just go to the exit and don’t search the area for collectibles.

About eight of Antonblast’s stages are actually boss fightsalthough only four of them are considered actual bosses, while the others are shorter encounters. These are the game’s most important skill checks and may take a little longer to master as you learn their specific patterns. Each boss in the game took me about 20 to 30 minutes.

All in all, without spending a ton of time getting every collectible (more on this true battle in a moment), It took me about eight hours to beat Antonblast for the first timealthough that was as someone who regularly plays platform games, So it can take up to 10 hours.

How long does it take to reach 100 percent completion?

As with most platform games, you’ll barely scratch the surface of Antonblast once you play through each level. Aside from the boss fights, there are three hidden collectibles to find in each stage of the game: These include a spray can for skins, a cassette that unlocks music tracks, and another collectible that appears to be used for bragging rights.

While you may have no problem finding some of the collectibles, Almost all of them are devilishly hidden and require a lot of effort to collect. You have to beat each stage to find everything, which significantly increases the time it takes you to fully complete Antonblast without just rushing through the levels.

I’m still figuring it all out, but overall It will take between 18 and 25 hours to find every collectible in the game without using guides. This might sound like a big jump, but the collectibles are really difficult to spot and figure out how to unlock. Of course, if you use guides (e.g. our own at TheGamer), that will reduce costs significantly.
