How long is the 76ers star expected to be out due to injury?

There is no official confirmation that Drummond will miss the next game against the Hornets.

The Philadelphia 76ers secured a decisive win against the Pistons, but suffered a major blow when Andre Drummond suffered an injury during the game. The 31-year-old center suffered a setback three minutes into the game. He had to leave the field after landing awkwardly following a tip-in.

Philadelphia lost a backup center and they are already dealing with Joel Embiid’s injury. Andre lay on the ground in severe pain, grabbing his right ankle. He did not return to the game and the Sixers listed him on their injury report.

Andre Drummond had a sprained ankle and was in a lot of pain in the first quarter. Ricky Council IV and Justin Edwards helped him to the locker room.
