Durant’s injury is a left ankle sprain.

Durant suffered the injury in the second quarter of the Suns’ win over the Spurs on Tuesday. During a drive in transition, Durant’s left ankle rolled when he stepped on the foot of San Antonio forward Julian Champagnie.

Durant drew a foul during the game and remained in the game for another 39 seconds before being substituted. He did not return for the rest of the game, scoring 13 points (on 5 of 8 shooting), four rebounds and two assists in 16 minutes.

Durant averaged 25.8 points, 6.7 rebounds and 3.1 assists while shooting 53.6 percent from the field and 44.9 percent from 3-point range this season.
