He is one of the best-known proponents of meditation in the country and invented walking meditation a regular practice for years to deal with stress and anxiety.

DR PAUL KELLY is Professor of Mindfulness at the University of Edinburgh. His studies focus on how meditation can reduce stress, sharpen focus, and improve overall well-being.
