How to find the Pale Garden biome in Minecraft

The Minecraft update “The Garden Awakens” has finally arrived and brings with it a brand new biome, also known as the Pale Garden. However, as with any biome in Minecraft, finding it is not easy.

The Pale Garden promises mystery by day and danger by night. After all, it is home to the new mob, the Creaking, which can be deadly to the unprepared. Apart from that, it also contains new flowers, resin, wooden blocks and the Creaking Heart, which you can use to drive away the Creaking mobs or wreak havoc on your friends.

Unfortunately, there is never a guarantee of a biome in Minecraft, and even if it is in your world, it can be extremely difficult to find. So if you want to explore the Pale Garden, here’s how to find it.

Minecraft Pale Garden seeds

The best and easiest way to find the Pale Garden in Minecraft is to use seeds, which will grant you the biome either right when they spawn or shortly after.

Luckily, dedicated Minecraft players have discovered two important seeds that lead to the Pale Garden. We checked both in Java and can confirm that they lead to the new biome.

This Pale Garden Minecraft seed is huge and close to so many useful structures.

This seed works perfectly in Java and will charge you next to the Pale Garden. You won’t be in it right away, but when you turn around you’ll have a large space to explore.

Beyond that, if you explore a little further, you’ll find a second Pale Garden biome nearby (coordinates -200, 156), on the other side of the river where you spawn.

This seed is perfect if you want to get lost in the new Pale Garden biome.

If you don’t want to wander too far, this seed will drop you right in the middle of the Pale Garden at a size that rivals the size of most you’re likely to find. This biome is huge (you may just need to put out the fire in the middle).

The scope of this biome is huge, with a small island outside of the biome as a base, numerous caves, and more than enough for you to explore.

Explore the world

If you’d rather find the Pale Garden on your own, the next best thing is to explore the world you’re in. As can be seen in the seeds above, We have found that Pale Gardens tend to grow near mushroom biomes and spruce treesSo keep an eye out for them as you travel.

Of course, there’s no guarantee you’ll find the biome, and if you’re playing on a world that hasn’t been updated, you won’t be able to find the Pale Garden because it doesn’t exist.

Use a command

new Pale Garden biome command

You will lose access to achievements, but this is an easy way to find the Pale Garden.

If exploring doesn’t work, players can always find the biome using an in-game command. Simply enable cheats for your game by following our handy guide and entering the following command to find the nearest Pale Garden:

/locate biome minecraft:pale_garden

Once you’ve done this you should see some coordinates appear. Then either go to the biome or enter the following command to teleport:

/tp the coordinates

This will spawn you in the Pale Garden.

Install a mod

Natures Compass Mod Minecraft

Mods are ideal for supporting your Minecraft world.

Alternatively, if cheats aren’t your thing then mods are always an option. While you can download tons of outstanding mods and shaders, we recommend grabbing the Nature’s Compass mod, which points to specific biomes and lets you teleport to the biomes you select.

Simply download Nature’s Compass and set it to Pale Garden. This will get you to your destination in no time.

What to look for in the Pale Garden

There is a lot of new content in the Pale Garden, but we recommend you keep an eye out for the new Creaking Heart, the enchanting flowers and especially the new Pale Wood blocks. It will be a challenge to create a home in a relatively unstable location from these new designs, but nothing beats the spooky black and white style house you can create with these new additions.

Alternatively, you can also add a touch of color to your home thanks to the new resin blocks. It’s probably also worth grabbing some armor patches and a wolf or two to stay safe when the sun goes down, you know what’s out there…
