How to make a payment at City Hall

The city of Odessa’s systems remain conditionally offline about the recent cyber incident. If you plan to visit Odessa City Hall at 411 W. 8th Street to pay a bill, you will need the following:

  • Your current bill or the exact amount you owe.
  • A money order or check payable to the city of Odessa.

For the avoidance of doubt, no cash will be taken. Please note that you cannot access account information due to a network outage. It’s important to bring your bill or know the exact details of your account, according to a city news release.

During this time:

  • There are no late fees.
  • No services are disconnected.

The phone lines are also down, but they are here to personally assist you.

If you have new service requests, they can help you at the town hall. Simply fill out the required paperwork during your visit. The bottom line is that everyone will keep the services and use them when needed.

“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and thank you very much for your patience and understanding. Thank you for working with us, because we are still here for you!” says the press release.
