If you feel like playing Indiana Jones and the Great Circleyou don’t have to wait until the official worldwide release on December 9th to play it. It’s hard to say that there are many movie characters more iconic than Indiana Jones. From the whip and fedora to Harrison Ford’s charming quips and charismatic smile, there are many things that make the character famous and entertaining. For years, Ford was the only person to portray the character on the big screen. There have been a few video games over the years where others have tried to emulate Ford, but the new game will be the biggest attempt at creating a new Indiana Jones adventure.

Wolfenstein developer MachineGames is developing a brand new Indiana Jones story originally conceived and created by Fallout and Elder Scrolls boss Todd Howard. The game was created in close collaboration with Steven Spielberg and George Lucas and follows Indiana Jones after the events of Raiders of the Lost Arc. The legendary archaeologist (played by Troy Baker) embarks on an adventure around the so-called Great Circle, a group of mysterious locations that form a perfect circle around a map. Of course, Nazis and other shadowy groups are also looking for artifacts and the power that emanates from this site. The game is one of the biggest first-party titles of this generation for Xbox, but Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will also be released for PS5 in the spring.

With that in mind, Xbox and PC players can get in on the action very soon. Although the full release is on Monday, December 9th, you will be able to play the game much earlier. If you own an Xbox Game Pass, you can pay an additional $34.99 to play Indiana Jones and the Great Circle three days earlier from Friday, December 6th. This will upgrade your copy to the Digital Premium Edition, which will also give you the game’s Order of the Giants DLC, Indy’s, upon release Temple of Doom Outfit and a digital art book. If you’re not a Game Pass subscriber or want to own the entire game, you can also purchase this edition with a copy of the game itself for $99.99.

It is currently not entirely clear when Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will be unlocked with this early access. It could be midnight, it could be 10 o’clock, with this type of early access it’s a case-by-case basis. Either way, you have a whole weekend to play the game early! Given Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will be the biggest game MachineGames has ever made, you’ll want to spend as much time with it as possible.
