To redeem Pokémon Go promo codes, you must visit the game’s website and connect your account. You will no longer be able to request a code directly from the Pokémon Go app on any device.

1. Go to the Pokémon Go Shop in your browser
2. Sign in to your Pokémon Go account using one of the available methods
3. Enter an active promotional code from the list above
4. Click Apply, then launch your Go app to see your confirmation message
5. If you don’t see the message or your rewards, close and restart the app
