Stevo’s Restaurant is expanding to Kimberly, Idaho

Stevo’s, a local favorite restaurant in Heyburn, Idaho known for its burgers, sandwiches, steaks, potatoes and salads, is expanding to Kimberly. This wildly popular eatery known for its great food, homemade gravy and exceptional service will soon open its doors in Red Cap Corner, just a few doors down from 1st Federal Bank.

What to expect from Stevo’s in Kimberly

The interior construction of the Kimberly location is nearing completion and tables and seating are already in place. Although the exact opening date has not been announced, it is said that the new restaurant could open within the next month. Once open, Stevo’s in Kimberly will have the same hours as the Heyburn location:
Monday – Saturday: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m Closed on Sundays.

A reputation that precedes them

Stevo’s is known for a variety of menu items including trout sandwiches, specialty baked potatoes, ribeye steaks and a unique homemade dill dressing for their salads. Fans of the restaurant rave about its service, with one social media user saying: “The best food and service ever!”

Another enthusiast shared his excitement: “I look by every time I drive and hope it’s open. I can barely wait for it!”

The drive to Heyburn is worth it

If you’re new to Stevo’s, it’s worth a trip to Heyburn to sample the menu before Kimberly’s opening. The Heyburn location is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at 290 S 600 W, Heyburn, Idaho.
