Is LeBron James playing? Lakers vs. Kings full injury report revealed

Ahead of the Los Angeles Lakers’ game against the Sacramento Kings on Thursday, Los Angeles once again has a long injury record. The report lists a total of eight players on the initial list, including both LeBron James and Anthony Davis.

Davis is considered unlikely to play because he is suffering from left plantar fasciitis. As for James, he is currently considered questionable for the competition as he is battling a nagging left foot injury.

It seems likely that Davis will at least play in this game, with James a wild card until the start of the game. But the Lakers took a few days off, likely giving James more rest time between games.

James will likely play in this game against the Kings.

James missed two games due to the injury but returned last week against the Memphis Grizzlies. The veteran forward helped Los Angeles get a much-needed win over a tough Memphis team, so he’ll look to do the same here against Sacramento.

Los Angeles is returning to a normal NBA schedule as NBA Cup games are now over for the season. It was a nice break for the Lakers, giving the players some extra rest in the middle of the long season.

But it’s time for the team to get back into shape and now set its sights on the postseason. While the playoffs are still a little ways away, Los Angeles is determined to return to the playoffs to make another title run.

This team believes they can compete with the other elite teams in the NBA if they enter the postseason healthy. But the Lakers also need to add more talent to the roster if they want to field a competitive team.

The Lakers are expected to be one of the more active teams ahead of next year’s NBA trade deadline. If the front office can inject some upgrades into this roster, they may be able to make another run.

But if Los Angeles doesn’t do something, it could leave them with another wasted season with their star duo.
