WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We expect between a quarter and a half inch of rain through Monday morning. There will be more rain, which will help us keep things wet here to reduce the fire risk over the next few days.

The look forward

There will be isolated rain again on Tuesday and Wednesday before a few snow showers on Wednesday. So we’re going to be cold again, with high temperatures in the 40s midweek and lows in the 20s again overnight. I have a high of 40 for the afternoon on both Wednesday and Thursday, but some areas will be colder and it will be difficult to get out of the mid to upper 30s.

Looking ahead to the weekend, it will be mostly dry, with afternoon temperatures in the upper 50s and lows around 30 for most of us. The next area of ​​severe weather will approach Sunday through Monday.
