‘It’s a massive game. We have to do our best to win.

As a defender of numerous experience in the summit of the game, Aymeric Laporte knows one or two things about combating top -class games.

It was only last summer that the decorated defender added the title of UEFA European Championship 2024 to the Crown 2022-23 UEFA Nations League, which was captured with Spain, his national team.

So Laporte with all this experience at the elite level is aware of how important the Riad skirmish takes place 24 hours earlier in a sold-out Kingdom Arena.

“To be honest, a big game, massive for us, too for you,” says the Spl. “Because it is always important for both teams to win this kind of games.

“Also because we are now in the last part of the season, a big moment and we have to try to get the three points. We know that it is always difficult, especially in this game because they are a direct rival for us, and we will do our best to win this … We have to do our best to win.”

The 30 -year -old laporte knows what Al Hilal has to offer in attack. He has often taken care of Aleksandar Mitrovic, both in England and in Saudi, including the 1-1 draw, which played in Al Awwal Park last November.

The central defender of Al Nasr, who tells the SPL, which he sees as the best defender as a Vincent Kompany, will be determined to keep Al Hilal away and return the Al NassR fans.
