Jane Fonda considers the opening speech for the Annenberg School of the USC in 2025

LOS ANGELES – – Jane Fonda, the recognized Academy Award Award Actor and Activist, will hold the Annenberg School for communication and journalism at the USC school for communication and journalism in 2025.

Jane Fonda, who has won numerous awards, including two Oscar awards and seven Golden Globe Awards, will be the main speaker at the opening ceremony of the Annenberg School.

Annenberg Dean Willow Bay emphasized Fonda’s ability to use communication as a catalyst for changes, and encouraged the class of 2025 to follow the example.

Fonda is not only known for her acting career, but also for your activism. She played an important role in the counterculture movement during the Vietnam War and protested against the Iraq war.

The 87-year-old Fonda currently has devoted her voice to climate activism in what she describes as a “third act”. In 2021 she released “What can I do? Fonda spent her 82nd birthday in prison after being arrested at a climate protest in Washington, DC,

Her many films include “Barbarella” (1968), “Klute” (1971), “Coming Home” (1978), “On Golden Pond” (1981) and finally “Our Souls at Night” (2017), together with Robert Redford.
