Jennifer Tilly doesn’t think she’s rich despite her divorce agreement from The Simpsons

Jennifer Tilly may own one few Luxury goods and real estate, but that doesn’t mean she considers herself rich.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Stern told E! News that she doesn’t consider herself rich, even though she received a piece of it The Simpsons in her divorce settlement with series co-creator Sam Simon in 1991. Still, she acknowledged that many people who saw her lavish lifestyle on the series may believe otherwise.

“I don’t consider myself rich, but I think I’m kidding myself because I have several properties and a wallet that apparently cost $33,000,” Tilly, 66, told the outlet. “But that actually wasn’t the case. It cost $22,000 – which I’m just clarifying right now.”

Actually it is Chucky The actress said she tried to downplay the prices of some of her more expensive items on the show. “I actually told them I was wearing some Bvlgari bracelets and they said, ‘Ooh, Jennifer, how much are these?’ “We would like to set the price lower,” she remembers. “And I said no.”

She also noted that others may not know that she owns a part of the longest-running animated series. “It’s not a big piece,” Tilly clarified. “My boyfriend and I live very simply in a very small, cluttered house. And yes, there is a huge house next door, but we don’t go there. So I guess we’re kind of delusional.”

On the December 3rd episode of RHOBHTilly explained that she was married for seven years to Simon, who died of bowel cancer in 2015. “When we divorced, I got a piece of it The Simpsons in the divorce agreement,” she explained. “Nobody knew that The Simpsons would last trillions of years!”

She added with a laugh: “Honestly, every day I think, ‘Thanks, Sam!'”

Outside of her Simpsons Tilly paid her own way as an Oscar-nominated actress Bound, Monsters, Inc.And Balls over Broadway. However, she is perhaps best known for her role as the murderous doll Tiffany Valentine in the film ” Child’s play Franchise.

And if that wasn’t enough, Tilly is also a professional poker player and has won over $1 million in tournaments as of 2019.
