The film introduces a fairly basic villain in Topher Grace, but its titular CIA agent is crucial to the narrative. Adrian Yates (Grace) often feels out of place in the complex dynamic American Ultrapossibly due to its relatively minor role. The actor is cast in many interchangeable roles, but that’s because he plays the annoying villain brilliantly. Grace’s role strengthens the relationship between Eisenberg and Stewartincrease their performance and advance the plot.
