Josh Allen’s ex claims she was hacked after posting about a ‘brain dead’ athlete

Josh Allen’s ex-girlfriend Brittany Williams found herself in the middle of online drama days after the Buffalo Bills quarterback announced his engagement to Hailee Steinfeld.

Williams, 28, claimed on Friday, Nov. 29, that her Instagram account was hacked after screenshots circulated online of her calling Allen, 28, a “brain dead CTE athlete” in a now-deleted comment .

“My accounts were hacked multiple times this evening,” Williams claimed in a post on her Instagram Stories on Friday.

Williams added: “I’m trying to solve the problem. If anyone has any tips, please let me know 🙏🏻🥹.”

The comment came in response to a user who wrote to Williams in another Instagram post, asking, “Haven’t you found the next professional athlete yet?”

Williams appeared to write: “Luckily my friend owns a team and doesn’t play for one. 🙏🏻 I don’t need to be with another brain dead CTE athlete.”

Fans quickly took a screenshot of the comment from Williams’ account and later uploaded the image to Reddit and X (formerly known as Twitter).

The comment was deleted after fans began discussing the implications on social media. One user on Reddit noted that the comment Williams replied to was posted three days before her account’s response, while another questioned why she would need her followers’ help when she was already able to log back into her account, to post about it being hacked.

Williams, a Pilates instructor, and Allen split in 2023 after dating for six years. The two have known each other since childhood and started dating in 2017.
