Joshua Jackson And Jodie Turner-Smith Take some time to celebrate the stars.

Less than a month after Queen and slim The actress accused her ex-husband of not paying any adequate child benefit and accused him of looking for custody for her 4-year-old daughter alone Juno Both took part in a petition to the Court of Justice Vanity fair‘S 2025 Oscars after party March 2.

“At this point, it is clear that Josh is not ready to negotiate adequate spouse and support for children,” she continued. “I have no choice but to seek the intervention of this court and to submit the immediate application.”

The 38-year-old is looking for $ 8,543 per month for child support, $ 28,641 per month of spouse support and $ 250,000 in retrospect for accrued fees. (A hearing was set for April 11th.)

“During our marriage, I spent a lot of time as the main supervisor of Juno, while Josh continued to take precedence in his acting career,” she argued in the submission. “Josh has been a successful working actor for over thirty years, while I am significantly younger and still work hard to establish my acting career. During our marriage, Josh deserves more money than me and sometimes much more.”

E! News had contacted Joshua’s repetitions and did not belong back.
