JUST IN: Lawsuit and rape allegations against Newsmax anchor Ed Henry resolve after so-called victim’s kinky sexts are revealed

Ed Henry accuser Jennifer Eckhart

A new court filing from conservative commentator and former Fox News host Ed Henry discredits the rape allegations made by former Fox Business associate producer Jennifer Eckhart, who was 22 at the time of the alleged sexual abuse.

Eckhart filed the lawsuit in 2020, claiming Henry “handcuffed and raped” her in 2017.

However, new details have emerged in a filing from Ed Henry’s lawyers that show their relationship was consensual, and Eckhart demanded rough sexual encounters, describing herself as “weak and submissive” in a message.

She also indulged in fantasies of being “slapped around.” Notably, these texts came days after Eckhart claimed the alleged rape took place.

Henry’s lawyers point to the “highly provocative sexting” as evidence that a Feb. 10, 2017, sexual encounter that involved a belt and handcuffs was consensual.

The filing says Ekhart “sent Ed a photo of a belt” and told him she would “always obey and make herself available to you.” Another message from that time reads: “You NEED my 26 year old pussy.”

According to the new filing, Eckhart also sent Henry at least 15 sexually explicit photos, five of which were not even of herself but of other women.

Per Daily Mail:

A 2020 lawsuit from former Fox Business associate producer Jennifer Eckhart, 34, accused Henry, 53 Handcuffed, beaten and raped them in 2017, after a campaign of predatory “grooming” and “manipulation.”

But on Monday, Henry’s lawyers revealed texts between the two that they say show an enthusiastic and “consensual,” if perverse, relationship.

Just days after she claimed he raped her, Eckhart, 34, texted Henry: “You want to fuck me,” “Come spread her and take off my bikini,” “Fucking dirty boy.” Me love it” and “want it.” “Bad,” screenshots of text messages read in his latest lawsuit.

The new court filing also detailed 15 nude and explicit photos that she allegedly sent to Henry, the co-anchor of the show “America’s Newsroom,” in the two weeks after the alleged rape.

The filing also alleges that Eckhart used out-of-context excerpts of text messages to make it appear that Henry was harassing her, even though it was all consensual.

“Many of these messages, including most that Jennifer considers distressing, were truncated to obscure a final comment from Jennifer expressing joy, approval or desire,” the filing says.

Ten days after the alleged rape, Eckhart sexted Henry with “a photo of herself in black lingerie with the tips of the two middle fingers of her left hand tucked into her panties” and “a photo of her own fully exposed, slightly opened, soapy vagina.” . Soap,” among other similarly provocative photos.

The filing states: “Ed and Jennifer continued sexting in the weeks following and months following the alleged rape, with frequent references to rough, consensual sex, with Jennifer often going first.”

Roger Stone responded to the Daily Mail report on X with the comment: “Case Against @edhenry destroyed by the disclosure of text messages.”
