Kate Spade’s new holiday campaigns feature pop star Madison Beer

Kate Spade New York will feature Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Madison Beer in its new holiday advertising campaign, launching in conjunction with its 2024 Gift Guide.

In the documentary-style campaign, 25-year-old Beer is joined by her best friend Lena Fultz and two influencers, Lilly Russell and Pamela Valdez. The campaign’s story is based on the idea that joy comes most from inspiring it in others, and so the cast was invited to nominate a best friend in their life who does just that. Before the campaign shoot, Beer joined Russell and Valdez in a surprise video chat with their friends and invited them to be part of the brand’s holiday shoot. The final campaign shots are overlaid with the ultimate reason why they were chosen by their friends to be in this campaign alongside Beer.

“This holiday campaign from Kate Spade New York is about celebrating friendships and the special people in our lives that always show up,” Beer said. “For me it’s my best friend, Lena. This is a tribute to the energy of our best friends and how we celebrate each other this season.”

The campaign launches on Friday and supports the Kate Spade New York 2024 Holiday Gift Guide, which went live on the website this week. Ads will run on katespade.com and the brand’s social channels. The photographer and director of the campaign are Tory Rust and Ali Mitton, respectively.

This season, the Kate Spade New York Deco Chain shoulder bag takes center stage in the Christmas campaign. The bag has a minimalist, sculptural design and has been reimagined for vacation with mixed materials and quilted animations.
