Items on the list in the parents’ subpoena include Kyle’s personal belongings – his gun collection, swords, Rolexes regardGuitars, baseball cards, school awards and a piano, among other personal items.

Kyle’s parents reportedly based their demands on a prenuptial agreement signed by Kellie and her son, a successful songwriter. However, the country star’s attorney noted that she either has no property fromknows the location or wants to surrender certain items and will contest the citation.

The explosion shared that Kyle’s family contradicted the songwriter’s statement and accused her of withholding property belonging to the estate.

Reed and Sharon noted that their daughter-in-law in the investigative case “is currently in violation of a subpoena issued to her to return the estate’s property.”

They also contradicted Kellie’s account that she either did not know where the items were or that she was denying Reed and Sharon’s right to the property.

“(Kellie) and her attorney have provided conflicting statements regarding the location and legal ownership of the listed items and, as set forth above, admitted that (Kellie) is owned by “Several items of (Kyle’s) property,” the couple’s attorney argued.

The star’s parents also explained how they got into Kyle’s house. According to them, they visited Kellie’s home only once “at the express invitation of (Kellie) and her attorney, with whom they met to discuss the transfer of items from the estate.”

Last month, court documents in the ongoing litigation revealed that Kyle’s parents, Reed and Sharon, informed Kellie of their plans to depose her in court.

After receiving the invitation, Kellie reportedly told the court a few days before the scheduled deposition that her in-laws would need to agree to the terms of a proactive order.

The songwriter claimed that the proactive order would prevent any video recordings from the deposition from coming into the possession of third parties. Kellie explained that she feared that sharing the transcript with people unrelated to the ongoing case would tarnish her image and brand.

Because of her reservations, the court ordered Kellie’s testimony to proceed as planned. A judge also issued a temporary protective order preventing either side from sharing the transcript of the video of Kellie’s statement “pending further orders from the court.”
