Kevin Hart’s comedy tour is coming to the Alabama Amphitheater

“It sucks as hell to get older and everyone should come to terms with it,” Kevin Hart said during his June 30 appearance at a Newark arena, according to Mosaik.nj.com. “It’s a privilege to get older and make it. You have to fall in love with your age.”

Hart is now 45 years old, so it’s fitting that the comedian’s current Acting My Age Tour material focuses on his middle-aged life.

Hart’s tour takes place April 11 at the Orion Amphitheater in Huntsville. Tickets are $59.95 to $199.95 plus applicable fees and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday via axs.com. The show time is 8:15 p.m

Hart previously performed in Huntsville at the Von Braun Center in 2022. In 2020, he gifted Decatur resident Ethan LyBrand a special “Magic Bumblebee Wheelchair,” named after the child’s favorite character in the “Transformers” action film series. LyBrand, a national ambassador for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and this wheelchair were later featured in a Verizon commercial during the 2021 Academy Awards.

The Philadelphia native is not only a comedy superstar, but also one of the greatest actors in the world. His box office hits include the “Jumanji” franchise, “Central Intelligence” and “Get Hard.” He also hosted “Saturday Night Live” several times. More than 178 million people follow Hart on Instagram.

In 2024, Hart was honored with the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor, an award whose previous recipients have included David Letterman, Tina Fey and Eddie Murphy.
