Las Vega’s wife supposedly put in drugs, older men she met in Dating apps

A woman in Las Vegas, who was accused of having lured men over dating sites, putting them under drugs and taking money in Mexico on Friday when the US authorities announced an indictment against them.

Aurora Phelps, 43, was charged with a counting of kidnappings from the US law firm for the Nevada district.

It was not clear whether Phelps had a lawyer in the event. The office of the public defender in Nevada in Nevada did not immediately answer a request for comments.

The US lawyer of the Nevada district and the special agent responsible for the FBI’s office for the Las Vegas office of the FBI announced the accusation of a 21-point anchor on Friday at a press conference.

Phelps is said to have mainly hit older men through dating apps before making data, put them under drugs and reaching financial stocks online while they were not fully aware of, the federal officials said.

They claim that Phelps, who has apartments in Las Vegas and Guadalajara, would have done this on both sides of the border.

Spencer Evans, the responsible special agent, was supposedly a victim who was put under drugs was taken over the border in his wheelchair and was finally discovered dead in a hotel room in Mexico town. He said the victim of Mexico city and two more died shortly after their meeting with Phelps. A fourth victim was so sedated that he became comatose, but survived, he said.

“We believe that Aurora Phelps intentionally and methodically older men aimed to drug and steal them,” said Evans.

Evans said she took cars and accessed social security accounts and pension plans as part of her alleged crimes from 2019 to the end of 2022.

The total value of their program, said civil servants at the press conference, was in hundreds of thousands of dollars and could be more if additional victims are found. Phelps used the money to buy luxury goods, Evans claimed.

“This is a romantic fraud on steroids,” he said.

Officials said that there were 11 victims, with four the basis for the affair of the federal government. Two of the four come from Nevada, they said.

The FBI said in a bulletin that officials believe that there could be more victims, and encouraged anyone who believed that they have been victim to report.

Phelps is said to have addressed a wide range of people, including women and younger men, the bulletin said. The FBI said it also had the names Aurora Flores, Aurora Velasco and Aurora Alvarez.

Phelps once lived in Arkansas and although she was born in the United States, she is a double citizenship with Mexico, said civil servants.

Federal civil servants said Mexican authorities examined Phelps in cooperation with the FBI, who was working on delivering them from Mexico.

The US public prosecutor’s office has a maximum sentence in prison in prison if it is convicted.
