Lego Nightmare Before Christmas hits its lowest price ever before disappearing again, but watch this space

If there’s one set I was hoping would see a savings on Black Friday, it’s Lego Nightmare Before Christmas. I’m currently building this kit myself (it was an absolute joy, by the way) and believe me when I say it ended up on my wish list faster than you can say “what is that?” after it was announced. Luckily, the Disney model just hit its lowest price ever, but you may have to wait a bit for the buy button to come back.

More precisely, you could “pre-order” it. $149.99 at Best Buy was previously $199.99, but has since changed to “Coming Soon.” I’m pretty sure that’s a record low price, and I certainly couldn’t find it cheaper in my travels this Black Friday. Sure, the Nightmare Before Christmas Lego set is currently available on the official Lego store, so the pre-order status is a bit strange. However, since the former was an exclusive, I suspect the delay is due to it being available at other retailers.
