Lily Collins is a Hollywood vision in this gold chainmail dress

On Sunday evening, theater lovers met for the London premiere of The Devil Wears Prada: The MusicalLily Collins blew in like a breath of fresh, glittering Hollywood wind.

The Emily in Paris The star walked the red carpet at the Dominion Theater in a gold chainmail dress studded with tiny crystals all over. The eye-catching piece was semi-sheer and featured an off-the-shoulder neckline with a pushed-up bra. The bodice was elegantly draped and gathered at the waist, creating a simple yet dramatic hourglass silhouette. On one side was a super high slit that exposed Collins’ long leg. The actor gave the dress a lot of shimmer and simply paired it with nude strappy sandals, large diamond stud earrings, some matching diamond rings and a classic rectangular French manicure. She wore minimal, radiant makeup and sported her now-signature sleek French bob.

Collins attended the theater performance with her husband, Charlie McDowell. The film director and screenwriter looked cool in a structured gray three-piece suit which he wore with a classic white t-shirt and brown leather shoes.

The Devil Wears Prada: The Musicalby Kate Wetherhead, is an adaptation of the hit film of the same name (based on Lauren Weisberger’s bestselling novel) and features an original score by Elton John. Tony Award nominee Vanessa Williams – from Ugly Betty And Desperate housewives– landed the iconic role of Miranda Priestly.
