National distribution of the Viewpoint episode is scheduled for December 9th

DALLAS, Dec. 9, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Lone Star PACE, a leading administrator of Texas’ Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) program, is proud to announce that it has been selected to participate in the award-winning Viewpoint Series is hosted by critically acclaimed actor Dennis Quaid.

The episode, scheduled to air on public television stations in Texas and across the U.S. beginning December 9, explores the pursuit of sustainability in commercial real estate. Lone Star PACE President Lee McCormick and Chief Operating Officer Glenn Silva were selected to explain the importance of Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing in this new, environmentally conscious landscape.
