Man guilty in 1990 Dekalb County Doppelmurm condemned

Atlanta, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A man who was found guilty last week to kill a brother and a sister in 1990 was sentenced to three lifelong prison on Tuesday and 100 years in prison.

Kenneth Perry, 56, found a jury of the DEKALB County, guilty of numerous charges in connection with the death of John and Pamela Sumpter.

Shondeana Morris, judge of the Supreme Court of Dekalb County, who has supervised Perry’s procedure since his beginning on March 3, 2025, asked for both the prosecutors and defense.

Perry was initially charged on June 26, 2024 by a large jury in two cases of malice murder, two cases of crimes, rape, four cases of serious bodily harm, two cases of severe battery, two possesses of a knife during the commission of an armed forces and theft.
