Man who was arrested for murder for domestic violence in Fresno does not advocate guilty

Fresno, California (KFSN) – Domestic violence has now claimed another life in Fresno.

“It was very obvious that she suffered from several injuries, visible injuries,” said Paul Cervantes, police department of Fresno on Thursday about Kristina Meza. She was 32.

The police arrested Timothy Goodloe. They say that he abused and killed Meza last Saturday morning.

EMS initially reacted to a call of medical hardship. The case quickly became a death examination.

“When the officials arrived there, it became very obvious that she was victim and suffered numerous injuries,” said Cervantes.

The investigators showed that Goodloe, now the suspect, who was 911 callers.

“It seems that she was in medical stress and he thought it was necessary to call her name,” said Cervantes.

Goodloe and Meza were in a relationship, and the police actively examined Goodloe for an earlier case of domestic violence on March 10, 12 days before the death of Meza.

He had an active arrest warrant.

“Attempts were made to arrest him because of this violation, and unfortunately and tragically that never happened,” said Cervantes. “It led to further incidents of domestic violence. In this case it led to their death.”

Leticia Campos in the Marjaree Mason Center says that domestic violence is a brutal cycle.

“Sometimes we see the same customers because domestic violence is so malicious that it takes about 7 times before a victim can actually get out of the relationship,” said Campos.

Court files show that Goodloe was charged in a number of previous criminal matters.

Goodloe was back to court on Thursday morning. He was not guilty of murder and two cases of sexual penetration by force.

It is recorded in a deposit of $ 1.1 million.

“If you are actually the victim of domestic violence, we ask you to call the Fresno Police Department,” said Cervantes. “We have resources.”
