Emma is an experienced entertainment news journalist with NCTJ accreditation and a first class degree in journalism. After beginning her career as a broadcast journalist, Emma’s voice has been heard on various radio stations across the UK including Absolute, Magic, BBC Three Counties Radio, LBC London News and more.
Emma later specialized in multimedia entertainment news, meeting numerous famous faces and interviewing the likes of Edward Norton, Margot Robbie, Sir Michael Palin, Rick Astley and countless soap stars to name a few. After producing a range of engaging news content over the years for brands such as 7Digital’s Entertainment News, Yahoo and Express Online, Emma eventually joined Digital Spy as Deputy News Editor in 2022, became Deputy News Editor in 2023 and News Editor in 2024.

Laurence Mozafari (he/him) is a multi-award winning journalist, editor and presenter, currently Editor-in-Chief of Digital Spy, the UK’s largest TV and film website.

He previously held positions as editor, deputy editor and deputy editor, focusing on news, social media and video. Laurence hosted the BBC Sounds podcast Obsessed with Peaky Blinders in 2019, as well as his own podcast production, time of my lifewhere he interviews fascinating elders about their life lessons, including Only fools and horses“Sir David Jason, Star Trekis George Takei and BridgertonThis is Adjoa Andoh.
He previously worked at Bauer Media as digital editor for the Heat magazine website. Heatworld.comand has worked and written for Sky, NME, Q Magazine, Grazia, Closer, FHM and dedicated career website GoThinkBig.

He gained a first class BA degree in Journalism from Staffordshire University as well as several NCTJ qualifications and now has 14 years’ experience in digital publishing across television, films, music, games, technology, showbiz and travel.

Laurence has appeared on television and radio including KISS, Heat Radio, BBC Radio London, Radio 5 Live and BBC Breakfast. He is also a visiting lecturer at various universities teaching journalism, including City, University of London, Nottingham Trent, Staffordshire University and London Metropolitan.

Laurence has won numerous awards in his journalism career, including the BSME Talent Awards Best Deputy Editor Award, the PPA’s 30 Under 30 Award, and New Editor and Editor of the Year awards at AOP and BSMEs. He led Digital Spy to win the PPA’s Digital Content Team of the Year twice, as well as the British Media Awards’ Brand of the Year award in 2021.

Laurence joined the British Society of Magazine Editors committee in 2022. He has since hosted panels with CEOs from Immediate Media and the Media Trust at the PPA Festival and hosted his own radio show on Green Man Radio at the Green Man Festival in 2022. Laurence is also a member of the Brits Voting Academy. Laurence has been fortunate to interview numerous celebrities, actors and musicians throughout his career. Arnold Schwarzenegger loved his hair, Jimmy Carr loved his coat and Antonio Banderas greeted his mother. Laurence has covered set visits for The Witcher on Netflix and Marvel’s Inhumans, got Daisy Ridley to do a Chewbacca impersonation and loves Marvel, PlayStation, Glastonbury and craft beer.
