McDonald’s Exec says

Despite a nationwide lack in the US restaurants, McDonald’s will not increase a surcharge for eggs in the US restaurants, a company manager said on Tuesday.

“In contrast to others who have recently made news, McDonald’s USA will definitely not see that McDonald’s USA will issue surcharges for eggs that are 100% cage-free in the USA,” wrote Michael Gonda, Chief Impact Officer from McDonald’s for North America, in a LinkedIn post.

Gonda’s made the comment in the post office and at the same time discussed a new “Breakfast Come First” campaign, which launched the fast food chain.

The campaign is reminiscent of McDonald’s on the 50th anniversary of the EGG McMuffin and breakfast and includes offers and other measures.

McDonald’s said that an egg McMuffin or sausage McMuffin would sell to customers for 1 US dollar with egg fasting. The company also offers a “Bogo sausage McMuffin with egg” for McDelivery customers who order from the app from March 3. to 30.

CFO Ian Borden was apparently indicated by the campaign during the company’s profit in the early this month.

McDonald’s plans more chicken offers

“I think if you think a little ahead, this will be the 50th anniversary of breakfast in the United States this year, and I think there will be some really interesting and exciting things that will make the US business for breakfast in the next little time,” he said at the time.

Borden also said analysts and investors that breakfast “was a strong day for the US business until 2004.”

McDonald’s is not the only company that said that it will stay away from egg locks.

Cracker Barrel, which has more than 600 restaurants in the USA, said in a Facebook post dated February 6 that “egg prices will be transferred, but we double their rewards.” In an Instagram post on the same day, the chain also said: “I have never heard of it.”

In the United States, eggs were made defective due to outbreaks of highly pathogenic bird influenza, which are generally known as bird flu, which contributed to high prices for many consumers and companies.

According to the Ministry of Labor’s Ministry of Labor, egg prices rose by 15.2%in January. It was the greatest increase in egg prices since June 2015 and made almost two thirds of the monthly increase in food prices, the department reported. Egg prices have increased by 53%annually.
