Meghan Trainor admits she can’t smile because of ‘too much Botox’

Meghan Trainor revealed she can no longer smile after overdoing it with Botox.

“I’ve had too much Botox and I need help!” the “No” singer admitted on a recent episode of her “Workin’ on It” podcast alongside her brother Ryan Trainor and husband Daryl Sabara.

“I screwed up! “I’ve had Botox a few times…just on my forehead,” she said, explaining that she decided to experiment on another part of her face.

Meghan, 30, confessed that someone persuaded her to do a “lip flip” to make her upper lip look fuller.

“Someone convinced me with my small lips that you could have a nice wrinkle on your upper lip and that I could have one for the first time in my 30 years of life. That wasn’t true,” she said.

“Also, I can’t smile anymore,” the pop star continued. “Look, this is as big as I can smile. …Wherever I go, I can’t smile. It hurts my face to smile even if I even try.”

Meghan then shared a photo of herself keeping a dog at a shelter and said: “I’m a happy person here. I keep a puppy.

“I don’t look happy. I look like I smelled someone’s fart.”

Elsewhere in the episode, the “Mother” singer revealed that she will be getting a breast job after she and Sabara breastfeed their 1-year-old son Barry.

“My mom’s breasts were full of milk and now they’re empty and then they’re full of milk and now they’re empty. They got big, they got small, they got big, they got small,” she said.

“I’ve lost some weight and have… saggy bags for breasts,” she added.

The “All About That Bass” singer went on to share that preparing for her upcoming performances made her want to go under the knife.

“What’s really difficult is that when I’m trying on all these amazing outfits for the tour or upcoming shows, I have to wear the most supportive bras and that could ruin the outfit,” she explained.

“For years I used to joke and say, ‘I can’t wait until I get a boob job!’ I’ve wanted this my whole life.”

Meghan and the 32-year-old Spy Kids star, who married in 2018, welcomed Barry in 2023. They are also parents to three-year-old son Riley, whom they welcomed in 2021.
