Meghan Trainor speaks openly about her experiences with Botox injections.

“To all my friends out there in their 30s: Hello, I got too much Botox. I need help,” Trainor, 30, said with a laugh during a recent episode of her podcast “Workin’ On It.” “I screwed up. Listen, I’ve had Botox a few times… just in my forehead, and someone convinced me with my little lips that if you do a lip flip, you put filler right over your top lip, you could get a nice punch on your upper lip.”

The Grammy winner wanted to do a flip “for the first time in my 30 years” and decided to get the shot.

“It wasn’t true and besides, I can’t smile anymore,” Trainor said. “It hurts my face to smile.”

While Trainor now thinks she got “too much” Botox, she previously revealed why she wanted the injections in the first place.

“I just want to freeze here, I want to look like this forever,” she said on an August 2023 episode of her podcast. “But I don’t need Botox as much as they say. Mine lasts so long, it’s great.”

In addition to the injections, Trainor also plans to have a “boob job.”

“My mom’s breasts were full of milk and now they’re empty and then they’re full of milk and now they’re empty. They got big, they got small, they got big, they got small,” Trainor recently explained on her podcast. “I’ve lost some weight and have saggy bags for breasts.”

The “All About That Bass” singer gave birth to sons Riley and Barry in 2021 and 2023, respectively. (Trainor shares her two children with her husband Daryl Sabara.)

“What’s really difficult is that when I’m trying on all these amazing outfits for the tour and upcoming shows, I have to wear the most supportive bras,” Trainor added. “It could ruin the outfit and they squeeze my sides. For years I used to joke and say, ‘I can’t wait until I get a boob job!'”
