“I screwed up! I’ve had Botox a few times…just on my forehead,” Trainor said, claiming she decided to experiment on a different part of her face.

The 30-year-old admitted that someone encouraged her to do a “lip flip” to make her upper lip look fuller. “Someone convinced me with my small lips that you could have a nice wrinkle on your upper lip and that I could have one for the first time in my 30 years of life. That wasn’t true,” she said.

“Besides, I can’t smile anymore,” Trainor added. “Look, this is as big as I can smile. …Wherever I go, I can’t smile. It hurts my face to smile even if I even try.”

Trainor then shared a picture of herself keeping a dog at a shelter and said, “I’m a happy person here. I keep a puppy. I don’t look happy. I look like I smelled someone’s fart.”

“I’ve wanted this all my life.”

The “Mother” singer also revealed during the episode that she will be getting a breast job after breastfeeding her and Sabara’s 1-year-old son, Barry. “My mom’s breasts were full of milk and now they’re empty and then they’re full of milk and now they’re empty. They got big, they got small, they got big, they got small,” she said.

“I’ve lost some weight and have… saggy bags for breasts,” Trainor added.

Trainor also explained how preparing for her upcoming performances made her want to go under the knife. “What’s really difficult is when I’m trying on all these amazing outfits for the tour or upcoming shows, I have to wear the most supportive bras and that could ruin the outfit,” she said.

She added: “For years I used to joke and say, ‘I can’t wait until I get a boob job!’ I’ve wanted this my whole life.”
