Chicago (WLS) – Months after the jury was sitting in the former spokesman for the Illinois House Speaker Michael Madigan for the first time, the federal stock and the closure, his fate and that of his co -accused Mike McClain are in her hands.

Madigan had been charged with part of the federal and bribery accusations of what the Federal Prosecutor’s Office described as the “Madigan Enterprise”, where they say he supposedly committed crimes for his personal gain and that of his political allies.

The blockbuster attempt took several months.

The jury was unable to make all charges related to McClain in connection with McClain.

Madigan owes a total of 10 counts; not guilty on 7

Madigan does not guilty in all cases in connection with Union West Development

The ex-spokesman was not found guilty of all four charges in connection with the Union West Development:

Count 15 was specific to the Madigan’s alleged program to acquire the developer of the development of Union West Luxury Apartment in the West loop in order to hire the Madigan law firm in return for Solis “help with zoning”.

He was also not guilty of Count 16, 17 and 18 in the travel law.

Madigan owes 6 out of 7 charges in the position of the State Board

In the charges in connection with Madigan’s State Board position, the juror was guilty at Graf 8, 9 and 10 for wire fraud.
