The first spin-off from John Krasinski Quiet place Franchise comes from Pig Writer and director Michael Sarnoski. This pedigree made for a great blockbuster Day onewhich takes us back to the beginning of the invasion of sound-sensitive alien monsters. Of course, the new characters we meet (Lupita Nyong’o and Joseph Quinn) don’t know this yet. (Streaming December 31st.)
