Much colder, with snow accumulating inland on Wednesday evening/Thursday!

Another cold day ahead today, with a few evening storms. Tomorrow will be quiet for the day, with only a clipper system on the way for Wednesday evening and Thursday morning with some snow and mixed weather. 0 to 1″ immediate shoreline with a 1″ to 3″ portion of the state. The timing will likely result in some school delays Thursday morning and a poor start right on the immediate coast. An arctic cold front comes through later in the day, followed by an icy and windy Friday!

This morning: Mainly clear, cold and frosty with lows in the teens and 20s.

Today: Another frosty and cold start. A mix of sun and clouds with a few thunderstorms late in the day or evening. Highs will be in the upper 30s and low 40s.

Tonight: A few clouds and early thunderstorms are clearing. Lows will be in the upper 10s to mid 20s.

Morning: Another frosty start. Increasing cloudiness with highs in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Light snow is expected overnight, with a chance of one to two centimeters of snow inland by dawn. A wintry mix along the coast. 0 to 1″ immediate shoreline with 1″ to 3″ large portion of the state.

Thursday: A smooth start inland with snow still falling and then tapering off. Gradual drying out with some midday sun and 40-45 degrees, then increasing wind and falling temperatures in the afternoon with isolated snow squalls!

Friday: Partly sunny, windy and bitterly cold. Highs will only be in the mid 20s to mid 30s. Wind chills in the teens to lower 20s.

Saturday: A few scattered snow showers. Cold. Highs will be in the mid 20s to mid 30s.

Sunday: Sun and clouds. Not so cold with highs in the upper 30s to lower 40s.

Monday: Increasing cloud cover with late rain and warmer weather. Highs will be in the mid to upper 40s.
