Parts of at least two Iowa Interstals close on Wednesday after several vehicles are crashed under the dangerous winter driving conditions of several vehicles.

It took place at various sections of the Interstate 35 north of the Moines, including one in the afternoon that was near Ankeny to the north.

Previously, I showed magicians who were published on social media, trucks and cars that were involved in an attachment on the Interstate 80 in a west direction near Newton, about 35 miles northeast of the Moines.

The Iowa State Patrol warned: “The vehicles are piling up and visibility is almost zero. We all ask: Do not travel unless it is absolutely necessary! Your life (and the life of the first aiders) is endangered!”

On Wednesday, at least 15 vehicles were involved in a separate stack on Interstate 35, said Rodney Larson, Trooper from Iowa State Patrol, in a call from the scene. In southern lanes of the I-35 near Huxley, about 20 miles north of the Moines.

The arson said there was no immediate word about injuries.

In a later update of the agency it says that Troopers reacted to 68 crashes last night from 9 p.m. to the present day. Nine people were injured in the incidents, but no deaths were reported. A State Trooper’s vehicle was also hit.

The authorities warned the residents of staying at home due to the weather and avoiding travel.

“The mighty winter storm, Lola, brings strong winds to Iowa this morning, with gusts occupying 50 miles per hour both in the moin and in Ames,” said the meteorological Weather.com, Chris Dolce,. “This wind in combination with the falling snow and the blowing of snow on the floor will continue to make the conditions dangerous in the afternoon hours, with a snow storm warning valid until 3 p.m. CST.”

The video from the i-35 crash scene showed snow on the floor and low visibility.

A fatal bunch in the same general region in 2018 included an estimated 70 cars.

Several other streets were closed in Iowa this morning, either due to weather conditions or accidents, according to the State Department of Transportation. This includes parts of the Interstate 80, Iowa 44 and 141 and US Highways 20, 6 and 59.

An N -update from the point at 11 a.m. EST found that travel was still not recommended in large parts of the state.

“On the I-35 and in the north, completely ice-covered roads have developed, and inappropriate roads have not moved while this heavy storm is moving to the east,” says the post on social media.
