Aliya is said to have set her ex-partner and his friend’s garage on fire after he allegedly rejected her advances to rekindle their relationship. The deceased are Edward Jacobs (35) and Anastasia Ettienne (33). The incident occurred in the New York City borough of Queens. Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz told media that Aliya has been charged with first-degree murder and related charges. Aliya’s mother expressed disbelief. “I don’t think she would kill anyone,” she told the New York Daily News. “She was a person who cared about everyone.”

Nargis Fakhri will appear in Housefull 5 alongside Sonam Bajwa and Jacqueline Fernandez.

The alleged crime occurred on November 2nd. Katz said in a statement: “Shortly afterwards, a witness who was on the property came downstairs and discovered the building was on fire. Ettienne was alerted to the fire and briefly went downstairs. The woman then returned upstairs to rescue the sleeping Jacobs. The building burst into flames and neither Jacobs nor Ettienne were able to escape.”

Nargis made her Bollywood debut with Imtiaz Ali’s Rockstar starring Ranbir Kapoor. She has also appeared in films like Madras Cafe, Main Tera Hero, Azhar and others.
