New episodes of ‘South Park’ for the debut in July after a 2-year break

Finally “South Park” season 27 has a premiere date. The long -time comedy Central Original will premiere on July 9th. Based on the first teaser, Matt Stone and Trey Parker saw the news.

The new clip on Wednesday begins with a series of dramatic live action pictures, including an empty swing and the wing of an aircraft. “The celebrated drama returns,” says a red background. The teaser then immediately jumps to Randy and asks his daughter Shelly if she takes ketamine.

“Because I think it could really help you,” he adds. And with that “South Park” season 27 is switched off.

The rest of the teaser cycles through pictures of South Park in flames and in panic when he tries to stop planes from it repeatedly into one another. The Canadians pull the statue of freedom.

The video then ends with a creepy, slowed version of “Guilt Canada”, one of the fan favorite songs from 1999 by “South Park: Bigger, longer and uncut”. Take a look at the teaser below:

The time between seasons 26 and 27 is currently the longest break that the show has ever been exposed. “South Park” has published a new season every year since 1997. The last time the actual series published a new season in February 2023. Three “South Park” specials were later broadcast in 2023 and 2024 – “South Park: Joining Panderverse”, “South Park (not suitable for children)” and “South Park: The end of obesity”. However, since this are primarily+ exclusive, which are usually 45 minutes for an hour long, they are a little different.

Nevertheless, this year -long gap was intended. After Parker and Stone treated the first Trump election and management by Mr. Garrison, they said no new episodes in 2024 to avoid another choice.

“We tried to make ‘South Park’ through four or five presidential elections, and it is so difficult – it is such a reduction, and it seems as if it is of excessive importance,” said Stone in September.

Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny, which is now known as one of the most famous series of all time, appeared for the first time in Stein and Parker’s “The Spirit of Christmas”. The couple currently serves as an executive producer of the series together with Anne Garefino and Frank C. Agnone II. Eric Stough, Adrien Beard, Bruce Howell and Vernon Chatman are producers. Christopher Brion is the creative director of South Park Digital Studios.
