Panther’s deal dryedger for Kahkonen

Hold us when you have heard that before: the Florida Panthers have made a trade.

Not long after the Panthers were acquired Nico Sturm Florida acted against the former Sharks goalkeeper from San Jose Kaapo Kahkonen.

Drockner is expected to go to Winnipeg’s Ahl team in Winnipeg. Kahkonen will replace drier in Charlotte.

This will be the fourth organization for Kahkonen this season: Colorado claimed him from the devils from the exceptional regulations, then Winnipeg claimed it from the AVS.

In 140 NHL games, Kahkonen is 49-68-15 (3.34/.898).

Drodger was in his second stay with the Panthers after spending three seasons in the organization and two (2019-21) with Florida.
