A number of recent court applications and decisions offer the duel against complaints between social media stars and former business partners Grant Cardone and Gary Brecka.

Brecka and his wife Sage worker submitted a lawsuit of $ 100 million in the eleventh judicial group of Florida against Elena Cardone, the wife of Grant Cardone. In a second lawsuit, a breach of contract in connection with a dismissal of employment relationships is submitted.

Brecka and workers submitted their state lawsuits the day after Christmas. On the same day, Cardone Ventures submitted a federal action against Brecka and workers. Everyone involved is popular social media personalities that have come together in the 10-time health system, a wellness company that uses data-controlled strategies to improve human health and durability.

At the beginning of this month, Elena Cardone submitted an application to dismiss the Brecka/workers’ lawsuit and “called her nothing more than a thinly veiled attempt to inappropriate the failed business relationships between the plaintiffs with 10 -times health routes.”

In Brecka/Loacher’s lawsuit, Elena Cardone does not apply to receive a defamation claim, and there are no essential documents to secure their accusations.

“This complaint seems to be nothing more than a way for the plaintiffs to bother cardone,” concludes the application.

Coombs contact cited

Grant Cardone is a multimillionaire author, private equity fund manager and real estate investor who owns Cardone Ventures with his wife. The Cardones came to Brecka and the worker and investor Brandon Dawson to find 10x health.

Brecka and workers claim “a deliberate smear campaign that is supposed to damage Brecka’s reputation, including false Brand Social Media contributions and disgraceful public statements”.

The allegation refers to a video clip from Brecka and Sean “Diddy” Coombs, a former 10 -time health customer that Elena Cardone shared with more than 688,000 Instagram followers. She made the comment after Brecka and the worker left 10x health and added the comment: “Boy Bye!” The lawsuit claims.

In her application for dismissal, Elena Cardone states that “the workers himself published the content that first alludes to the” relationship “between the plaintiffs and Mr. Combs”. The worker added that the couple “have no connections to (Sean Combs) who helped him on her comment on the Instagram contribution for a short time on his health trip with 10x health, the application adds.

Cardone refused to publish a comment on the Combs comment from workers and then deleted the Instagram contribution, the application says.

Laws continue to request

In her first lawsuit, Cardone Ventures claimed that Brecka and workers had a brand injury and unfair competition for violating the law of Florida. In addition to trademark protection and compensation, the Cardone lawsuit called for the court for “consideration of the $ 10 million paid to Brecka and workers”.

Under the accusations in the lawsuit, Cardone was claimed that Brecka “inserted” his daughter Madison Brecka and her company with limited liability a business with 10 -subject health customers and potential customer clients and other 10 times health contacts, resources and customers or potential customers abused and redirected.

Cardone also claimed that Brecka sold competing products under the “Ultimate Human” brand and violated a registered brand of a doctor, which was presented to him by 10x health.

Cardone and Dawson fired Brecka on November 5, 2024 of 10x health.

Since some of the claims in Cardone’s initial lawsuits overlap in his complaint, judge Cecilia M. Altonaga ordered the parties to show why a stay should not be granted. In response to this, Cardone Ventures submitted a changed complaint on February 6, which restricted its claims to brand injuries, unfair competition and cancellation of brand registration.

The changed lawsuit only gives the ultimate people as the accused.

“The accused will probably try to excuse his predatory behavior with a number of reasons for the fact,” the new complaint said. “These flimsy excuses take the undisputed facts to which the usurpation of the accused brand was presented from a medical practice of the accused of Cardone Venture.”

With over two decades of experience, Brecka refers to the analysis of human biomarkers, including a mortality model expert in the insurance industry, as “a well-known expert for organicackers and durability”.

Brecka was President and Managing Director of Life Asset Group (LAG) in Miami Beach, Fl. LAG dealt exclusively on the life settlement market, mainly in a broker capacity. Previously, he was the founder of a broker dealership.

He left the insurance industry to pursue other health opportunities and worked with the worker in 2017 to start health and wellness companies in order to rationalize the medical group Naples and rationalize wellness.
