Paul George questionable for Sixers vs. Trail Blazer with groin injury

Hopefully he still doesn’t take pain injections to play through this.

The Sixers published their injury report for the Matchup on Monday against Portland Trail Blazer and was a somewhat new addition. Paul George will be questionable for this game due to pain in the groin area.

George scored 12 of his 17 points against the Golden State Warriors in the fourth quarter.

Although it did not prompt him to miss a lot of games, this was a problem that George bothered in January. He talked about doing it right and wanted to do the right one that he injured at that time.

After Joel Embiid was closed, Nick Nurse was asked before the Warrior’s game whether there were any thoughts to close both him and Tyrese Maxey. Nurse gave a short answer, but yes, the plan is that they stay active.

Both played complaints in the last handful of playing when they keep trying to pursue the Chicago Bulls for the 10th seed in the east. They still remain two and a half games.

Maxey played with a sprain of the right hand that caused him to open some of his fingers together, and the effects it had on his shot were obvious.

Even when it came, Maxey has not been listed in the injury report since February 24th when they were beaten by the bulls.

The rest of the team looks good because Guerschon Yabusele is listed as available – he missed a game to injuries in both eyes. Kyle Lowry will miss his eighth game in a row with a nagging hip injury, and Alex Reese and Jalen Hood-Schifino are on G-League tasks.
