Pittsburgh Steelers named the top landing site for Cooper Kupp

The Pittsburgh Steelers seem to receive a leading recipient with intent in this off -season, and can do this through a variety of different means, but it would be a logical first step to call Los Angeles Rams and lay the foundation for a Cooper Kupp trade.

Although the Steelers were rejected in the persecution of the 31-year-old last season at the time of the deadline, their chances of reversing and ending up are exponentially returned in the past few days.

On Monday, Kupp announced on social media that the Rams informed him about their plan to get him away in the coming months despite his preference to stay with the team.

As a result, Bryan Dehardo from CBS Sports Pittsburgh called one of the best landing sites for the eight -year -old veteran.

“Pittsburgh’s wish to acquire a proven, experienced veteran wide angle last year was well documented,” wrote Devern. “In Kupp the Steelers would get that while they give their next quarterback (Justin Fields?) A reliable goal. Kupp would also have a positive influence for George Pickens.”

Kupp has had a 2024 campaign, in which he registered 67 receptions for 710 yards and six touchdowns over 12 regular seasonal games, while he was six catches for 90 yards in two playoff competitions.

He has been removed from the reception of the receiving triple crown in 2021 for several years by towing 145 passes for 1,947 yards and 16 points. Kupp would also win the MVP Award in Super Bowl LVI against the Cincinnati Bengals this season with an output of eight-short, 92-yard and Two touchdown performance.

However, injuries have become an annoyance and have limited it to 33 of possible 51 regular season games in the last three campaigns. Kupp is still producing at a high level when it is healthy, although in view of the concerns regarding his durability, it can no longer be dependent on Bonafide No. 1 option.

Without guarantees in his contract about 2025 and a cap goal of 12.5 million US upside down.
