Police are searching for more suspects involved in the murder of a Hillview teenager

A teenager was shot dead on Halloween, and while one suspect is behind bars, police are still searching for others they believe are involved. said Kayden Bullock. A bittersweet memory of the time he spent with his youngest brother. This holiday season is the first without 18-year-old Cole Bullock. “My brother had just turned 18. He wasn’t even 18 for a month,” Bullock said. According to police, he was shot around 2 a.m. Oct. 31 at the intersection of Hillview Boulevard and Norwood Way, just yards from his home. “It’s the way they did it. They did it brutally. Seven times,” said his brother Cam Bullock. A teenager has been charged with murder in connection with the shooting, but police believe others were involved. “It’s a huge relief that at least someone is in prison,” Bullock said. Still, the family must wait and hope for more arrests and more answers. “Honestly, why and whether it’s worth it.” I still don’t know exactly why they did what they did. Hopefully we can get those answers,” Bullock said. The loss of Cole has left a lasting scar on this family, which was already grieving the loss of their father a year earlier. “We lost our father the year before and Cole the year after, which increased the wound in our hearts,” Bullock said. The four men in the house are now down to two, but they are determined to keep their brother’s memory alive. They hope to bring light to a dark time in their lives through their fight for justice and a little holiday cheer. “It’s not the biggest show there is usually, but it’s something for Cole,” Bullock said.
