Popular country singer ends up in emergency room after “hunting” accident

Country singer Riley Green ended up going to the emergency room after injuring his foot in a hunting accident.

Actually, it was an accident that might be better described as a hunting accident… and luckily it wasn’t too serious.

In a video posted to TikTok, Green, 36, appeared in the emergency room awaiting treatment after stepping on a nail while hunting. The nail impaled his foot.

“In the emergency room because I stepped on a nail,” Green says in the video. “Impaled my foot.

“And when I took my boot off, corn fell all over the ground,” Green says, laughing. “The lady came here and wanted to know where all the corn came from. It’s from my boot. You don’t want me to take this other one off either.”

In a second video, Green reveals that his biggest concern after the injury was how quickly he would be able to return to hunting. The emergency doctor assured him that he could go hunting again as soon as possible.

He later posted a picture on his Instagram page that showed him lying on a tree trunk covered in snow.

Yahoo! News reports that Green recently topped the Billboard Country Airplay chart with his song “You Look Like You Love Me” featuring Langley. Green will begin the tour in February, which includes stops in Youngstown on May 29 and Cincinnati on May 30.
