Possible TDS detected in Franklin County: The Alabama Weather Blog

A possible TDS was detected near Vina in southwestern Franklin County in northern Alabama. Although no warning was issued for the cell, given the substandard environment, it is enough for these short-lived circulations to make contact here or there.

Another tornado warning was just issued in Mississippi west of Pickens and Lamar counties in western Alabama. Watch the weather in Sulligent, Vernon, Ethellsville and Millport for the possibility of a rotating severe storm.
