Postcode wins this week in Northumberland & Newcastle

Six streets in the region shoveled prices after their postcodes had come out in the draw.

It was a particularly happy week for players in Northumberland, in which four streets were winners, including North Seaton, Ashangton selected as millionaires Street.

This meant that four players shared £ 1,000,000 and each took £ 250,000.

A winner, Lesley Hogg, who landed a check of 250,000 pounds, said: “I never thought it would happen that we would win this amount of money. This is all for us and it could not have happened at a better time. ”

She added: “Robin (my husband) and I just looked at and laughed since I found out that I had won. And I sang the song.”

Post code in Newcastle and North Yorkshire were also selected for 1,000 prizes.

The People’s Postcode Lottery is a subscription lottery that aims to collect money for charity organizations and at the same time bring cash prices for houses across Great Britain.

The People’s Postcode Lottery reveals daily prices for postcodes in the whole of Great Britain, including 30,000 pounds of jackpots for each winner’s ticket in a postcode on weekends and 1,000 prices for 20 different post -codes every day.

At least 33 percent of each ticket is going to be charitable and the players have collected more than £ 950 million for over 9,000 charity organizations and good purposes since 2005.
